September 1, 2006 - Redmond, Washington, USA – Avitech, an industry leader in multi-screen display technology & multiviewers, today announced the appointment of Michel Rudelle as manager for its European Middle East & Africa regions (EMEA).   

Michel’s position enhances Avitech’s presence in the EMEA region, where he will be driving growth in the company’s existing customer base, as well as exploring new market applications for Avitech’s line of multiviewers.  Michel has a diverse and comprehensive understanding of the Broadcast, and Professional marketplace and an established industry background.

Michel comes to Avitech with more than 24 years of international experience in service engineering and technical management, systems engineering, pre-sales support, and product management.  With an Electronics Degree from Angers in France, and previously held positions at VDM, PVF, Ampex, BTS, Philips, and Thomson, Michel has the in-depth expertise to grow Avitech’s market share in the region.
